Now, we have 30 franchises and still counting. It is a pizza and pasta chain. The menus and recipes were inspired by the Italian-Filipino Cuisine Style. Filipinos Cuisine Styles are sweetened, while the Italian Cuisine Style is known for sourness yet refreshing to the people's taste. Filipinos are known for their burst flavors of the recipe, yet it is still balanced. They want to deliver all the flavors in a one-dish. Despite that, they make sure that the taste doesn't overpower other flavors. If we are talking about Food Industry, Italian Cuisine is popular.
