Puto

  • 1 kilo of  all purpose powder

  • 3/4 kilo of white sugar

  • 4-6 tsp. of baking powder

  • 2 tsp. of salt

  • 1/2 cup of dairy cream butter 

  • 6 cups of water

  • 1 box of bear brand (milk powder)

  • 1/2 cheese

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup of white sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • MIXED

  • 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp. of cornstarch

  • 1/2 tsp. of baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp. of salt

  • MIXED

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

  • Freezer at 24 hours

  • Prevent the oven to 325°F (162°C)

  • Before you bake, if you want to add dark chocolate/nuts/oatmeal, you may do so

  • Leaving 3 inches between the cookies

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes

Cupcake

  • 1 3/4 cup of cake flour

  • 3/4 cup of cocoa powder (dutch)

  • 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 tsp. of baking soda

  • 1 1/2 tsp. of baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp. of salt

  • 180 ml of evaporated milk

  • 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

  • MIXED

  • 1 cup of warm water

  • 1/2 tsp. of black coffee

  • Pre-heat oven at 200°C

  • Bake for 20 minutes

  • Add nuts or chocolate chips after 15 minutes in oven
